Steps: Destination point for this Quest is not shown or visible. There is no destination point to use the item "Draconian Flute" on it. Already tried to abandon and take the quest again, it still same. Nothing happened. I do have the Flute. I looked everywhere first but couldn't find an answer (but did find posts from players with the same issue, with no resolution).
