LF BRD and MNK for T9 Progression Static

My static recently lost our BRD and MNK due to real life issues and we need replacements.

Currently we are at Heavensfall in Turn 9 and would like to get this down before 2.4. Turn 8 clear is required, T9 to golems is recommended but it can be overlooked for fast learners.
Any BRD needs to have experience with Brainjack/Homing Missile in T8, and any MNK should be familiar with it as well. Our BRD does not have to kite in T7, though XP with it is a plus. Overall gear is not as important, though having at least i97 and your 110 weapon is a must.

We currently raid Wed, Sun and Mon nights from 9-12 EST, and punctuality is very important.

Exceptional DRG may also contact me for the melee spot, however requirements for a DRG are stricter, i104 and excellent knowledge of your job are required, as is T9 XP to golems.
