FFXI and Lightning were both on it when their events came back, why isn't DQX when its event is live?
I mean the scrolling ticker at the top meant to grab attention and advertise what's happening.
Does it matter?
SE has been doing it's best to ignore anything DQ related for a few years now, so yeah.
