Incorrect Server Time

Tonberry Server, what timezone is its server time supposed to be? Japan time?
this screenshot happened around 8am GMT+8 / 9am GMT+9
- but the people in shout claims it is 12:00 Server Time.
- my in-game Server Time is always the same as my Local Time

I play on PS4, North American PSN Account, PS4 clock setting GMT+8 timezone, physical location Hong Kong.

How do I fix my server time so it is correct and matches up with everyone else?

Tonberry is a JP server, so it's going to be very different from wherever you are, unless you're in that area.

Isn't server time supposed to be the same for everyone on that server?

To be honest, I don't think the person you were speaking to was looking at the same clock as you, it was probably just miscommunication lol. But yes, everyone on the server sees the same time as you do.
