Remove localization forum from dev tracker please

While I appreciate the responses and the work the teams do regarding localization, I really would like the localization forum turned off from the dev tracker.

An even better approach would be to create a custom dev tracker widget that players could customize based on what responses they wish to hear.

A lot of fantastic dev responses regarding future game content gets shoved down by about 50 posts in the localization forum about things like "a vs an."
