Boss Static now recruiting

Hi there we are a newly formed static with best of the best hand picked players with extraordinary dps and skill, we raid daily till t6-9 is cleared most of us have cleared turn 9 and the rest made it to dive bombs.
This static isn't a casual one, we are hardcore raiders, that will be spending 6+ hours daily progression on new content and aim for world/server first, we are all very dedicated, quick learners and extremely hardworking individuals, we will eventually down the line form into an fc, but we are keeping it as a static for now, we will be raiding everyday till t9 is cleared and whoever still needs to learn the rest of the fight gets it down, we are only accepting applicants that know the fight up to bahamut's favor, no lower.

When new content hits, example T10+ you must be able to comply and raid with our desired hours, failure to do so will result in an instant replacement, no questions asked, no matter what the reason.
We are in search of a Dragoon and Bard/Summoner Main Bard must be able to kite on t7 as Bard or summoner your choice, must have an i110 weapon, and a minimum ilvl of 105.
People that have crafts/gathering maxed, are able to make food for the raid, be able to stream on twitch/youtube, will most definitely be given highest priority, full voice communication will be required with teamspeak 3, must be very punctual, on time, quick to learn and do call outs, no mutes will be accepted, you can contact me in game my name is, Officer Jennny

Update: only looking for a bard/sumonner that can kite t7, do brain jack and homing missiles on t8, but have bard as a main role thanks.
