Dungeon Journal Idea

Ok so I love lore, what if they gave us a similar thing to WoW where you have a dungeon journal that gives you information and more back story on the bosses. Just something I personally would enjoy.

If they ever give the game a proper Bestiary all the lore we could ever want could be packed into it.

I would love something that provided more lore and background for the denizens of Eorzea. We already have it for Elite Hunt Marks and some FATE bosses. Having them expand upon that and extend it to everything else would be tops.

I'd love something like this as a similar system to the Sightseeing Log. Just no; "Kill Unktehi in Rainy weather at 5PM~6PM" in order to actually fill out the Log.

Something similar for Weapons and Armor would be nice, as well. Kind of bummed we don't get anything like this for EX Weapons or other named weapons.

All of these are good ideas too.

I agree. One of my absolute favorite aspects of FFXII was the in-depth bestiary, as well as the in-depth explanations of locales in FFXIII in the journals. I love lore and it seems like an important part of XIV, so something like this would be really great.

Anything that adds to the story I'm in favor off.
