Where do I form a party?
This might be in the wrong section, but:
I just started playing for the first time in a couple of months, and wanted to try the r25 dungeon. I figured there would be people hanging around the entrance seeking parties, but there's literally no one there. Where do most people go to form parties for the dungeons/whatever?

Uldah is where most people are. So if you go to uldah, south of Gridania, and a boat ride from LL, depending on where your coming from. Most people should for stuff there, should be easy enough to find 3 people for it, or even an ls that will do stuf with you.

I wouldn't say that Ul'dah is the place to be anymore. Since 1.18, a lot of the population is spread out more. I've seen a ton more people in Limsa than what used to be. I even found Ul'dah to be pretty empty :S I would still say to try using the seek invite in the party search or sit near the dungeon entrance. Maybe it's just your server, but on Besaid there are usually a couple dozen people there.

Use the party search function... easy to understand and very simple to use (Unless you're some kind of tard lol). While you have the recruitment up, don't be afraid to shout a bit :P

On Selbina everyone went back to Uldah within about 4 days after the patch, if its a weekday more people will be in Uldah, weekend you can prob find people outside of Maws of Toto Rak. I wasn't sure about Melmond's population in general to know if it be widely effected by the 1.18 changes.

Same here, everyone went to U'ldah. That's your best bet to get grind parties, help, linkshells, ect. People are slowly starting to venture to Limsa though

Ok, so after shouting in all three major cities, and using the party search (not a single result ever turned up) and recruit (No one responded) functions over the last couple of days, I have still yet to find a single person to do the r25 raid with. My old linkshell has been completely absent too. It seems like even less people play after the patch than before, and now I can't even enjoy the new content because of it. They really need to merge some servers.
