<Nos> 7 Miqote 1 Hyur group now recruiting 1 solid DPS for 6-9 farm and a 2.4 push

Hello! The server 4th T9 group 7 Miqote 1 Hyur has now joined Nostalgia (Nos) and is looking for 1 very strong DPS to fill our roster and join us for T6-9 farm, and our strong push to be competitive on the server when 2.4 hits.

About us:

7M1H was originally founded as a Linkshell group when 2 Nos members (myself included) merged with a few Grand Design members with the intent to be a really strong group on the server. We formed pretty late after 2nd Coil launched, so we were quite behind as far as progression went. On a 2-3 day schedule we still managed to get everything cleared after about a month of progress, landing us at server 4th T9. We were incredibly happy with that.

Our Goal:

While we strive to clear content as fast as possible, the group is very close friendship wise and we value that over anything else. We will indeed be making a push for server first again on our 2-3 day schedule, and we believe we have a very good shot since we will be starting on time this time around. So while every hour will count, there will never be an ounce of hostility in this group.

We enjoy progressing with each other, and understand that everyone in this group is very much aware of the mistakes they make and they themselves will correct it on their own without needing to be scolded. This comes with us all being aware of each others high skill level and ability to respond and react to our own mistakes. In the end, our friendship as a group will always take priority over server first. However, that has yet to ever hold us back, and probably never will.

About you, the recruit:

We heavily prioritize a good attitude over anything else. If you are someone who gets easily upset, or likes to constantly correct people then this likely is not the place for you. The skill level of this group is very, very high - and that is why we are able to be friends and rely on each other realizing and correcting their own mistakes all while progressing at a fast pace and pushing for a top server ranking on a 2-3 day schedule.

If you feel you are a strong DPS, and are someone who enjoys raiding and likes to be friends with the people around you - then we would love to hear from you! At the moment we just need 1 strong DPS, with no real priority on class. If you have multiple classes you would consider playing then our preferable order is probably DRG > Caster > MNK/BRD.. though in all honesty it really doesn't make that much of a difference if you are good at what you do.

Our schedule will be as follows:

Tues: 8:30PM EST - 11:30PM (Just a general guideline, we may go longer if the group agrees)
Wed: 8:30PM EST - 11:30PM (Just a general guideline, we may go longer if the group agrees)

TBD 3rd Day: While not required, and optional - we will talk at the end of Wednesday and see if everyone is down to do a 3rd day in the week.
