Confused on Patch?

Looking for someone to clear this up for me. When is patch 2.38 to be released? I keep seeing a few weeks from now but this post almost makes it seem like it's tuesday, sept. 15. http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...cb07b39f03f49d

Anyone know?
