Cannot select my character on lodestone

As the title says i cannot select a character when logging into the lodestone.
This is the page i get after i put in my login details.

My character is existing as it shows on the lodestone when i search for it.

Why isn't it allowing me to select my character?

Do you have an active subscription?

I have been having this problem. Haven't been able to post on the Lodestone for the past 3 days.

Before anyone asks, yes I have an active subscription (or at least I hope I do, seeing as how I'm on the game as I type this).
