Can you fix Mog Station?

I'm trying to pay the subscription for some time now.

I get errors everywhere I go! (trying 30 days sub with international card) Visa.

Tried and got error -2463... Something like that at the last step.
Then again trying to change browsers got error 601, after that, error 406... WTF?

Can't we even pay the game? >_>

After some tries I get the message that my account will be locked if I keep trying... For what reason that was even implemented?

I second this. I attempted to purchase a world transfer and received error code 401. According to S.E. support codes 401, 406 and 601 indicate an issue with the financial institution declining authorization. I don't understand why that would be the case as my cards and bank account are fully funded. I find it very frustrating and sympathize with your frustration. I'm waiting to hear back on my follow up but I'm sure they will state the issue is on my end.
