What armor is used in this screenshot?

I was wondering if someone knew what the legs were of this Miqo'te has on?
I'm not interested in the top, I just haven't seen a skirt like that before.

WHM AF skirt.

That looks like WHM Healer legs. The AF version. I think if you're wearing something like that it makes a tiny skirt. But if you're wearing a dress or something it turns into underwear.

They are just shorts on males though, no skirt for the fabulous :P.

It is the healer ilvl 45 (or is it 55?) leg parts
