RNG question

Hello got a question did the developers say what type of rng this game uses? Reason I'm asking is because my group has looted the high allagan blade three time in a row? We end coils around the same time and just wow.

Is there a different seed for every second?

When we enter an instance does it already determine what we will get.

Or does it roll when we open a chest it just seems unreal to get a three time in a row.

I've been a gatherer on a 95% chance success +1 gathering node and failed /all/ attempts. lol

Over a very large set of data % yield predictable pretty results, over small sets they can be incredibly ugly (as we the players often experience).
