Hunt marks showing up as non-aggressive?

So I haven't done the quest from my GC about doing hunts as I have not reached a high enough GC rank. But in the past I could still join in hunts and get some credit. Now each mark shows up as non-aggressive and if I join in the hunt, I get nothing at all. Did they change this or is it some kind of glitch? Or was it always like this and just never noticed the non-aggressive stance?

Read the last patch notes, B hunts no longer give rewards and are no longer aggresive

B ranks will give you a reward once per week when getting that Elite rank bill from the board.

They respawn 5 seconds after being killed, so no need to rush when you have your weekly reset (like today.)
