What's the best way of getting through the CNJ quest? I'm at CNJ Lv14. Earlier, I had a go, but the wind sprites outnumbered me and I was knocked out. Would it essential for assistance?

What's the best way of getting through the CNJ quest? I'm at CNJ Lv14. Earlier, I had a go, but the wind sprites outnumbered me and I was knocked out. Would it essential for assistance?
You shouldn't require assistance. First, make sure all your left-side gear is within 5 levels of the quest and class appropriate, which means it gives mnd for cnj. Secondly, you may wish to use food. This is mainly for the vit bonus, but you may wish to target which kind of food you eat for a gven secondary stat, either drinks for piety, sweets for spell speed, or mushroom dishes for determination. Regardless, you want to use food appropriate to your stat totals for the best bonus, which if geared correctly should be grape juice, bubble/pearl chocolate, or chicken and mushrooms respectively, though you can do the math to find out. Lastly, make sure you've allocated your points to mnd.
For the fight proper, remember protect and make good use of stance dancing, putting up Cleric's Stance for offense and removing it to heal. With stance up, you should only need a single aero to take out the lesser air elementals.
That quest is instanced, so it is impossible to bring a party in to it.
As Urthdigger said, check that your body pieces and weapons are as high-level as you can get. You will have to toggle in and out of cleric stance, although the npc next to you will heal you also. The NPC however will not attack for you, so you will have to do most of the damage. If you die, feel free to try it again. You will gain a 20% hp, heal/damage, and mp buff that should help.
I have completed this quest a few times and it seems that NPC healing is quite enough. Concentrate on killing adds as soon as they spawn. Do not forget cleric stance and protect.
Also if you fail keep at it. After one or 2 attempts you should get an echo buff to help.

I upgraded the gear and had something sweet to have (lucky I had something in the inventory), I survived without Cleric Stance strangely enough.
...and now to think about working towards the next level up and the following quest
