Inter-server party finder for instanced content?
Would the community be favorable to a party finder that is visible to other servers? For instance, when you're creating a group there is a check-box that says "joinable from other worlds". Once the group is created, it will be visible on PF like any other party - maybe highlighted to indicate it as an inter-server party. People join and see the list of players like normal on their hud - maybe the server they are from is underneath their name. Each player won't be able to see others as everyone is still on their respective server. Once full, the party leader initiates DF and everything is a go.
I would have liked to think that Diabolos was a mature server with all the kinks worked out; it is a pretty decent server, but the PF aspect of it just sucks. Hunts, hunts, HUNTs, MOAR HUNTs has been the story as of late. And this has choked the player base to the point where doing any unpopular group content becomes a strain (Titan Ex, Ramuh Ex (why is ramuh ex restricted to party finder?)). It would be nice to pool talent from from other servers and it would be a boon to the people on smaller servers (diabolos is a mid-sized server if xivsoul is anything to go by). It would be nice to see a practice party and clear party for Ramuh, a Titan Ex farm party, Turn 6 learning party and be at a point to choose from any of them.
