PS3/PS4 region problems

Hello!

I've playing FFXIV since beta of 1.0. And there was announcement that game will be cross-platform and region free. So, I bought EU version of game and create EU SQEX account. Also I have US PSN account with rich game history and trophies.

But when FFXIV 2.0 has been released it become region-locked on PS3/PS4 (but it wasn't in alpha 2.0!). And now I have game and can't play it on my PS4 because of SQEX and PSN region difference.

This problem is quite common and ordinary solution is "create new PSN account with proper region". But it's not a solution on PS4 because we (PS4 owners) can't get achievements or stream our game to friends this way!
There is another solution - "buy the game of your PSN region", but this solution doesn't work for legacy players who spent 4 years playing FFXIV and have some progress.

So, please, give us the opportunity to solve this problem (change SQEX region or move the character to the account of a suitable region). Or remove this region lock (this is only game on PS4 with region lock!).
