[Suggestion] QoL improvement with hotbar cooldowns and macro usage

I have two suggestions, one general and one rather specific.

Hotbar

Please let us display the remaining time left on a cooldown instead of or as well as the wheel. For long cooldown skills (ex. hallowed ground), that last segment is tiny, but there's little time to have our and see exactly how long is left on the CD.

If, Else, Else if in macros
Please let us put conditional statements in macros. It would be lovely to be able to macro (for instance) Provoke then Shield lob (if at range), Savage Blade (if ready in combo), else rage of halone off combo.
