Is there anyway to replay the actual cutscene battles? For instance, the dragoon's final story quest which involves Azure DRG vs. You. I would like to replay the battle if possible, it was really fun~

Sadly, no. Solo-based story duty battles cannot be replayed I'm afraid.
Nope - However if they were take a page from XI (sorry XI haters) they could easily introduce a type of instance where you can select a progress point and relive your battle against x story foe, much like Apocalypse Nigh in a sense or Promyvion-Vahzl, or heck even Maat.
They could even auto-adjust the difficulty based around your Ilvl since these people you fight are supposed to be the x of the job you're becoming, they shouldn't have been such push overs. I still much preferred the 1.22's version of the Final DRG fight, Him and his Drake were a fearsome team the first time you did it.
I actually watched the entire mainstory line at the inn and it would be lovely if I couldve replayed some of the battles.
