S hunt rewards are completely broken after the visibility fix

Yep, now the whole server can see it. And now with 300+ people always beating on it, it's impossible to get full credit for the kill unless your party is 8 WHM all spamming every AoE non-stop from 100% to zero.

Please fix the tiered rewards for hunts, Squenix!

I don't think people are EVER happy.

I hope they reintroduce Skirmish with Allied Seals rewards.

Options are always nice, Allied Seals have none; anyone who considers Daily/Weekly Mark Bills an alternative needs to consider how far you can get with 274 Allied Seals per week.

Put Allied Seals in Skirmish and I'm sure less people will care about Hunts, reducing the load on them. Leave Hunts for the die-hards who absolutely NEED their MMO to have open world content. If Skirmish was a more viable means of obtaining Allied Seals, then Hunts might even function as intended, rather than the whole server jumping on one mob.

Don't even need to recreate Turtleback Island, just make Skirmish into the endgame Guildhest, where you fight the Hunt NMs in appropriate places, rather than in a tunnel that doesn't even fit the damn thing. Could even give the fights actual mechanics, rather than Medica spam.

The recent fix really wasn't all that great. Mark Bills actually having rewards was nice but still ultimately pathetic, and taking B Ranks out of the equation completely just funneled more people into A and S Ranks.

I would prefer being able to see the S mark and fighting for credit rather than it keep vanishing and getting zero credit

My hunt credit has improved drastically. Before I used to get very little, and often, 0. I'd reach an S rank, have no idea where it is, and then it dies. Now I've gotten full credit every time, even as the only healer.

I think it's fine as it is.

I've managed 30 allied seals against an S-rank solo on my WAR. OP, sounds like you (and/or your party members) just showed up late, died, or your party members don't know how to boost their hunt rank credit very well.

I'll agree that they do need to change the way hunt credit is calculated, but the visibility fix was definitely a good thing.

It's still very very easy to get full credit on S-Ranks if you're in a full party.

It's a good thing that the target can be seen by everyone involved.
I can't say for sure if the rewards really need adjustment, but there's no way we should go back to having a few random people being able to see what they're doing.

I use to constant have issues with S ranks vanishing, not anymore, though friends on ps3 have said they still have issues
