ok i cant find a solution ...i had ff14 on ps3 just bought ps4 i didnt know about upgrade i thought i had to buy again so i did on PS store ...now when i try to start game on ps4 it tells me to create account and at top of page says warning if you want to transfer character do not create new account go back ...how do i get my character from 3 to 4 now? please help thanks
