Final Fantasy 14 Realm Reborn Unable to Boot?

all it turns out i had to do was right click the game in steam.
go to its properties.
under the local files tab.
verify integrity of game cache..
it took a good while but after.
i used Cleaner to clear things out in my Registry.
and BOOM. it works =D

ive tried most everything i can find and nothing can work. anyone got ideas?
ive restarted.
re installed twice.
run as admin.
read only unchecked and checked.
changing the directory.
