Suggestion: Offer "Request Repair" as an option when right clicking other players

If this thread was made before then please ignore but I think it would be a really nice feature if we could request repairs from other players. Normally in the regular world there is little to no need for this but in dungeons where players who forget to repair this would be a nice upgrade. In addition, outside of dungeons, players who have yet to level crafting to 40+ would be able to over repair their gear as well.
