I have a friend that has created her SE account. Everything is setup just like mine. However, when she tries to log into the game a box pops up stating that if she needs to make changes to various services go to account managment. She can't get passed this.
Anyone have any idea what is wrong or what else she needs to do?
Tried to clean the IE temp/cache?
yeah, it didn't work.
Maybe she forgot to add the ffxiv option to the SE account?
She did add it and added the character.
Need more info about that box that pops up. Exactly when does it appear? A screenshot might also help.
Apperantly it was just an issue with her font settings. Wasn't displaying the "PLAY" option. All better now. Thanks.
