I played at launch and it seems like the Oceanics were split between Tiamat and Tonberry, but I've come back to the game in the last month and I haven't seen a single English speaker on Tiamat, so what's the deal?

I'm in the same boat. Just resubbed last week and all my old linkshells and my FC are gone. Looks like Tonberry has a fairly active Oceanic population, so im thinking a transfer is going to be the only thing to do
