Open up free transfers. Allow the transfer of FC housing

I want off Jenova. This server is pure hell. I'd like the ability to transfer not only my character, but also my fc and housing. I can't get off until I have thavnarian onions which took 2-3 weeks? to grind come up in a few days. Id prefer to be able to move my whole 21mil gil mansion and near rank 8 fc that I put all my time into.

I'm surrounded by PS4 players who don't know how to play their class. They don't have the same advantages allowed to pc players because you lack the ability to enforce the rules you have in place regarding damage meters so there is a large gap between what a pc player can learn to do vs what a ps4 player can learn. Many of the top pc players won't even group with ps4 players. That was fun applying to those fcs. Or hey... make the thing not work. It's your game. You're telling me you can't block that software? Either way i'd like the double standards gone so it comes down to player skill/knowledge as opposed to the platform you play on. Ideally id say block the parsers and put a damage meter on the combat dummies outside instances for people to test legitmately. Because I do enjoy how you cant have some jerk bringing up miniscule differences in dps every.. single.. pull.

This whole artificial barrier created by weekly lockouts and not being able to bring people in to learn t9 without them having to give up their t6-t8 lockouts is a nightmare in terms of organizing schedules especially on a more casual server like Jenova. The handful of decent players that I can find have had conflicting schedules where I get only get a couple hours progression raiding tops.


Can we please get some kind of token for our future turn content? Ive had 9 kills cumulatively on t6-t8 and ive got nothing to show for it gearwise.

And overall it seems goldspam messages have gone down, but they are flaing up again this week. I've noticed a group of 4 bots that had supposedly been out in E than for nearly a day that i reported this week and i heard someone say they found around 20 bots in central shroud earlier this week. Now they also send you friend invites along with their spam.

First off, PS4 debate:

I know several PS4 players that can play better than i can at some classes. It all comes down to one thing: SKILL. You will always have those that refuse to play with other consoles in any game where its cross playable. Its not SEs fault at all. Report those who harass you about it and be done with it. I know plenty of PC players who suck worse than PS4 players too.

Second, Parsers:

Parsers in no way, shape, or form make PC players absolute pros. again, SKILL is what determines how good you are. Yes a PS4 player can be parsed by a PC player and ridiculed over it. Again, report those who harass and admit to having a parser and be done with it. Also a lot of good can come of parsers. I know of people that were parsed and taught how to more effectively dps. And it was done in a respectful and carefree manner like it always should be. You have 2 kinds of people, those who are willing to learn and those who are not. I always help those who are willing to try and just keep silent if they are not.

Third, Lockouts:

Lockouts exist to keep people from gearing up in one week and being done with the game. It also gives people something to strive for every week. If you are that hung up about a lockout of coil, maybe you should try dabbling in the 100s of other game play options. There is so much going on within the game that coils is such a small fraction of it. And saying ive killed X Raid 10 times, I DESERVE A REWARD!, is no way to play an MMO. That kind of reward is most found in Single Player games where its a one and done playthrough.. The random RNG factor is what keeps an MMO alive. If they were to just give out 1 token every week to everyone that they could exchange for 1 piece of coil gear, it would take XX weeks to be fully geared and done with the game. Its that simple, RNG = game stays alive for longer.

And lastly, Gold Spammers:

RNG plays a big factor here. I have not received any spams for the past couple of weeks. It really depends on where the most people are. If gold spammers are able to see where the bigger server populations are they will flock to those. Nothing you can really do besides report them. SE can only do so much to block spammers without hindering the everyday chat between actual players.

What part of having killed turns 6-8 multiple times each and not having a single piece of loot from any of it says "I WANT EVERYTHING HANDED TO ME!" to you?

First, I agree lockouts were good in the opening weeks because they stop groups from steamrolling all the content. But the second they decided to give out free i110 gear from hunts your point becomes moot and they should have also done away with the lockouts because everyone is automatically handed the upgrades. Yes, HA is itemized a better but theres no point in having lockouts anymore because if you know the fights, you're going to down them.

Second, You are playing on Cerberus (population:111,000). I am playing on FAILNOVA (population:15,000) And a large majority of them are PS4 with little grasp of what endgame raiding entails both in terms of dedication and just basic things like how to use a focus target... Seriously, there should have been a quest somewhere along the way on their way to 50 where they were required to use a focus target. Absolutely insane for me to be teaching level 50 players what a focus target is the first time they step foot into turn5.

Square, if you aren't going to respect your ps4 customers with damage meters while nearly every pc player not only uses them, but also openly talks about using them and posts them in their youtube videos then who are you kidding here?Here. Even casual pc players have these advantages. Everyone uses them. Give PS4 players the same tools. I'm tired of playing with people who are ignorant because of double standards.

They should replace the "greatness awaits" slogan with "constrained to mediocrity". I'm asking for the same tools pc players are using. And i'm asking that you merge Jenova with another server with a more hardcore playerbase or let me move off this server with my housing because long term there's no way i'm going continue playing the game with people who don't take it seriously and are not in turn taken seriously. It's insulting.

Last i checked this was the feedback forum and not the axelle10 peanut gallery heckle forum. So enough with the "handed to me" harassment. If you care to know, i'm in one of two groups on Jenova that's cleared T8. I have been the group's kiter for t7. I have been the top dps for t8 (judged solely by looking at threat generated). I call every action preemptively in t6. I call venom tail, shrieks, voices in t7 and I manage ballistic missles and tower rotations in t8. Serious players love me. That said, jenova has very few people willing to sit in an instance a few hours and learn mechanics as opposed to running their hunts or whatnot. The few who are capable of t6-t8 do not have schedules that match every day of the week and you are unable to bring people who might be capable of learning because they'd get locked out of the lower turns. So enough with your nonsense. The server has a measly 15k population (1/8th the size of your server) and the playerbase is predominantly casual.

Consider this me reporting Firana Magnus for using a parser. I'm assuming the people who work at Square read the feedback on their forums. If you aren't going to level the playingfield then you should ban this player (who seems like a nice guy judging from his reddit posts) for breaking your terms of service so openly. I'd prefer that you add damage meters for ps4, but they are your rules.

Damage meters either need to be made available for all players or none. Otherwise you create this scenario where ps4 players are looked down upon. And with bringing the game onto the xb1, youll have an even larger console audience. Long term your completely broken stance on parsers will not hold up. They are squarely backing the "pc masterrace" trolls as it stands.

And honestly, i agree i probably wouldnt give a care if i wasn't stuck on Jenova. But i'm on a server that is primarily ps4 having launched in april and they only way they will get better is if they have the same tools as pc players. And even if I did move off Jenova, i'd still have to deal with the discrimination of playing on a ps4 and i still dont have any way of testing my damage to tighten rotations and improve as a player. I've applied to top 10 fcs. I know what it's like at the top and what the general consensus of ps4 players is.

I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO GO TO SOME PC PLAYERS WEBSITE OR SPREADSHEET TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY MY CLASS. I'd like to do it myself in the game. I play this game alot. Most likely more than anyone reading this post and i want to be able to test alot of little nitpicky things myself.

All i've wanted since i started playing this game is 7 people who can play their class to go into an instance with and learn the fights. 7 measly people who have more than 2hours a night to go in and learn fights with until we have everything dead on a tuesday. Our furthest progressed group is from a linkshell with 1 or 2 fresh faces every week. This server is miserable for anyone who expected to do endgame raiding. The types of players I will get along well with are the ones i am forced to turn in and it's a broken policy.

Honestly, my best option right now would probably be to just start a brand new character on a legacy server. I dont see your ps4 players on jenova sticking with the game when they aren't capable of endgame content. There's a handful of them that i can tell you right now have no shot in hell of downing something like turn 6 and no way of learning how to improve without going hand to mouth from a pc players website. And if they don't care much to begin with, they probably arent going to do any research. When they see a damge meter they know "Hey, I need to be doing a little better here..." I know of a handful that already gave up and quit from turn 5. And Destiny releases in 2 days. That probably wont help either.
