Art commissions for gil?

Would selling an art commission of a requested character (ex. art of your ffxiv character or an original character) in exchange for gil be considered RMT?

And it did not mention art. Real money would not be exchanged either, just in-game money for custom art.

Just wondering if it would be an acceptable way to make some gil. Thanks.

Pretty sure any services outside game, for in game Gil is against their TOS,be it art, naked pictures or shout outs on twitter
