107/98 smn/drg looking for SCoB

Looking for preferably a static with up to at least divebomb/near clear/cleared status for turn 9, with raids being mostly held between Monday-Friday and in the afternoon EST hours.

Previous exp includes:
t6 - LoS, 1 feed, Burn, 1 Tank - pref, summy
t7 - Stack method, mild kitting - pref. to melee, but experienced with both.
t8 - Phase 5 skipping, mines - pref. summy
t9 - 1 tank, 1 ghost - pref. summy

Server transfers can be considered but will be primarily last resort, with prior discussion before shelling out any $$$
