Lodestone character data not updating [Sep. 2014]

Basically my character data has not updated since 31-08-14

OS: Windows XP
Problem: None of my character data has updated since 31-08-14, by data I mean:
-Number of Tomes
-Class Levels
-Current class equipment updates
-Main class Warrior Ilevel not updating
-Achievements etc etc...

Oddly it is showing the last time my friends logged in, but also not updating their achievement details or equipments.

Update:
My lodestone just updated within the last hour or so :)
