Steps: After completing the Achievement "Breaking Bo", Plumed Barding was never awarded. I sent an in game Bug Report, but have had no response.

Did you check with the NPC by the summoner job quest npc in Gridania who hands out the achievement awards?

NP ^_^ It should tell you where to go to retrieve rewards in the achievements itself.. not sure why it doesn't
