Crysta not showing up in my account

I Bought some crysta so i could add extra retainer slots on my account at like 10pm on Sept 1st, waited 30mins and nothing showed up in my account. I then went to bed, and woke up the next morning and my account balance still had not increased. Money was however taken from paypal and i still have not gotten the crysta. I do have a ticket in with PlaySpan and SquareEnix but was hoping someone else here could help me understand what happened.

Edit: Problem was resolved via support ticket.
