Building Limit Break LS is looking for a 5th DPS for Early TCoB Progression

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a skilled Bard, Black Mage, or Dragoon to sub for one of our bards who will be in Hong Kong for 2 weeks near the beginning of 2.4. Exceptional Summoners or Monks will also be considered.

We're looking for someone who pulls high DPS while negotiating mechanics, communicates effectively, is dedicated to progression, shows up on time, and doesn't rage over wipes. This is early progression, so you will be expected to be on time, and on point. We want to aim for server first, and you should too.

Our raid times are currently 7-10 PM PT, Tue Wed Thu. You can also expect at least one weekend raid during progression.

What You Get

This is not a permanent position. So obviously if you're good, you're wondering "what's in it for me?" Here's what we can offer you:

1. Turn 9 clears each week until you get your weapon or 2.4 hits.
2. Chances at BiS loot in other turns each week as necessary. We have at least one DPS who has everything they need from each turn, so you will have a chance to fill out whatever you're missing.
3. An invite to EON if you desire it.
4. Our full support in finding a permanent static raiding group once our bard comes back from Hong Kong, whether that is within EON or outside of it. We know basically everyone in the raiding community on Siren, so we can definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking. You can also continue to substitute for us as needed until you find a more permanent situation.
5. A chance to do early TCoB progression with a skilled, cohesive group.

About Building Limit Break

We are a static coil raiding LS on the Siren server. We formed in late 2.1 out of the remnants of several other static groups and cleared Twintania the next week. We progressed steadily through SCoB and achieved server 6th on Rafflesia, 5th on Melusine, 7th on The Avatar, and 6th on Nael. This week will be our 8th clear of turn 9. We are looking to move up in the ranks on the server in the next tier.

Around the time 2.3 dropped we loosely joined EON, Siren's top raiding FC. Currently 5 of our 8 members are EON members.

About EON

EON is Siren's top raiding FC, with 3 of the server's top 6 Turn 9 clear groups, as well as another group working on the last phase of T9, and a semi-regular alt clear of 6-8. We own several server firsts as well, including Ramuh EX and The Avatar.

How to Apply

We are looking primarily for someone already on the Siren server. Server transfers will be considered, but please contact us before transferring as we don't want to waste anyone's time and money. Requirements to earn a trial will also be stricter for transferring characters due to the higher overhead.
