Beast Tribe Allowance not resetting

For the past few days my leve allowance has not been resetting each day. I have noticed that this has been reported in the past but the last record I could find was back in February 2014 and it said that the issue was being addressed.

I have not reached the next rank so no quest to do and I do not have any outstanding quests.

I do not know if there is yet a way to fix this issue?

Update: Solved, got tricked by the quests being such a low level!

Are you sure you don't have any unfinished quests from any beast tribes? Because having just one of them in your current quests prevents you from getting more allowances
