When using an ability a black box with the costs of the ability, effects, description pops up as most of you already know. Is there a way to turn it off? I've tried different things in config, looked at all the text commands on lodestone. It's very possible I missed it while looking, but if anyone knows it would be much appreciated if you could post it here.
It just bugs the hell out of me, I read what everything does BEFORE I put it on my bar.
