Can't build in my personal room.

I cannot build in my personal room in my free company house. It only gives me 2 options room details and move to front door. I am the rightful owner of this room as stated in my pictures I will post on this thread. It also gives me the option to buy another room for 300k....

I tried making a GM call and they told me to post on forums I have made a post about this before, and it seems it has been ignored. This is really annoying, and I would like to get this fixed......
