LF BRD or BLM for T9 progression static (PST night time)

Looking preferably for a BRD, but willing to take a BLM for our t9 progression static.

Raid times are usually wed,thurs,sunday 9:00pm-12:00am.
Would like you to have T6-T8 clear experience and knowledge of the T9 fight until up to the last phase, but also willing to look at players that are exceptional while playing their class and dealing with raid mechanics.
