It's just a brighter star. You see them all over the place.

That's just something part of the night sky graphic, so... you're reading too much into it.

In all seriousness though, there is one for every element. If it's anything like XI, they are the centers for constellations for various Primals (XI had a red star with an Ifrit constellation, a green star for Garuda, etc.). Would be cool if each one was related to the Elder Primal here though (so, red = fire = Belias).
