fates in southern than messed up they are stuck

there is something terrible wrong with the fates in Southern Than for my daily hunts from yesterday I had Diamond Jaw who comes in the fate Diamonds in the rough I sat where that fate spawns for 10 hours killing things waiting never spawned once these allied seals are relatively hard to come by so I just don't want skip it please figure out what is wrong I know something is because every other fate in the area respawns within 5 mins of being completed still isn't fixed I have a sneeking suspicion that its this Lightning crud messing things up don't you test this stuff first to see how its going to affect things????? please fix it soooooooooooooooon!!!!!!!!!!
