Gladiator Aegis Boon bug

I have seen a couple of posts about this bug. When you use Aegis Boon then the enemy stops its auto-attack animation. Some reports say that they still get healed and the auto-attack can be seen in the combat log but when this happens to me I notice the enemy stops attacking completely and I do not get healed at all during the entire duration of Aegis Boon and since this is one of Gladiator's key abilities to surviving it is a pretty big inconvenience. Is there any news on when a patch can be released to fix this?
