Stuck in gaol for 2-3 weeks game mods wont help

any one else get put in the mordion gaol?
A mod put me in here almost 3 weeks ago because of my name and they wont let me out.
they said i was banned for 2 days and had to change my name so i did that and am still in here.
the only replies i have gotten to my many complaints/ emails are
