Cannot Right Click People's Names.

The title is kinda self explanatory but I'll elaborate a little more anyways.
For the past few days I have not been able to right click on anyone's name in chat. Meaning when someone whispers me, I can't whisper back, when someone spams me with "BUY OUR GOLD" I can't report or blacklist. I can't invite people to parties or anything else that right clicking lets me do. I've tried everything and I can't get it to go away. It's not in the settings and I don't know what I did to cause this but what the heck do I do to fix it because I get about 30 gold messages a day and it's really annoying when I can't block them.
