Ixal Beast Quest, 'A Designer Job'

Hi guys,

I have an issue with this particular quest. I get all of the materials from Nellemond and successfully complete the synthesis of the propulsion engine (In fact, I have done this nine times and have 9 engines in my inventory) but the quest journal does not update so I am unable to move on with the quest.

I have tried abandoning the quest and retrying to see if it works but to no avail.
