Requesting ability to change name.

This has probably been requested for the longest time already - but I would like to be able to change names.

I just server transferred twice in the last 3 weeks, was forced to change my name the first time because it was taken already - then when I server transferred again, I incorrectly assumed I would have the option to change my name again (back to my original name which was not taken in the server I'm in now; I literally just server transferred an hour ago.) In hindsight, I would've asked a buddy of mine to create a duplicate name so that I could force a name change.

Please let me have my original name back, or at least give me a free pass to server xfer back again and give me a second chance to change it from the latter option. I don't want to pay $36 again so I can erase an apostrophe from my name.
