Hello guys;
The server Phoenix won't show up on my FFXIV account for me to set as my desired world. The world is not locked, the world is not full because you can create characters on there.
I'm also able to transfer to that world on another account I own, so can my friend. So I'm confused as the why that is the only server missing from my list of transferable servers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
