We know how 1.0 ended,how will 2.0 to 3.0 go down, (mild spoilers maybe)

With the comment about how 2.0 will have an event that's big to transition into 3.0
What is everyone's predictions.
My own:- bahamut will be unleashed, Ishgard summons Alexander who will do an all out battle,shattering several areas in the carnage (could then be the sky zones) bahamut will ultimately be defeated,people will rejoice, then the realisation to end one elder primal we unleashed another, possible new raid "the ruined towers of Alexander"
Just my view, no need to flame if you disagree :)
It could even transpire that we might actually need the empires help to bring down alex, thus opening up garlean territory, and with Ishgard now fully opened, we can finally delve into the other parts of Coerthas
But I do think it will be big to the point it would seem like an end of the world event even if this time it's averted

Interesting concept, seems to embrace the 'hamster-wheel' mentality of MMO design...

Bahamut dies at the end of the 2.0 series
"Coil of" Alexander becomes the new endgame of 3.0

I see it happening....or they just continue on up to the TENTH Coil of Bahamut.....and still have the Alexander raids.

I'm pretty sure the Ul'dahn Revolution is going to be the last major event in the story, and the contribution of Yugiri's forces is what will allow her people to be accepted by other despite her appearance. Which is what leads into 3.0 with the new race.
