A simple screen resolution request.

Hello. Could you make it so I can play this game at any resolution without having to change my desktop's resolution? Currently, if my desktop's resolution isn't the same as the game's set resolution, then it's not going to look right. I want to leave my desktop at 1280x960 and the game at 1680x1050. I know it can be done because I can play Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition at 1680x1050 without any image distortions. I can also ALT+TAB in SSFIV while playing in fullscreen mode. Could you add that as well?
