Bugged GC Leve

Can someone please contact me on lodestone or in game? The Leve "If you put it that way" is not popping up. I have spent 35 leves trying to get this thing to pop.

Can someone confirm it for me? Please go to Whitebrim, Lodille, and see if you can see it on the Immortal flames tab.

2. Select Immortal Flames Leves
3. Look for, "If you put it that way"
4. If not found, do another immortal flames leve.
5. If still not found, do ALL immortal flames leves.
6. If still not found, do ALL grand company Leves and hold on to immortal flames leves.
7. continue completing leves while holding all Immortal Flames leves, until "If you put it that way" pops.

Results after maintenance

I was excited to see if it was going to get fixed after maintenance. No fix. Leve is still missing.

Not to state the obvious as I didn't check something either when I thought it was bugged.
But on the tab for the GC leves, have you checked each of the companies, as theirs three different tabs.
If that's the aevis one, it was there other day as I done it to pop animus one
