i cant get loot in ST

Party or solo: Party of 8 , and group of 24
Race: Hyur male
Area and coordinates: Sycrus Tower
platform :PS3

Steps:
1 i was running ST for first time
2 but when first boss i cant get any loot (need and greed) , same with every subsequent boss.
3.after that i saw the option on duty finder and it said that i had lotted allready this week.

note : i dont find any ST item or equipment in my inventory

I had the same issue so I reported it.
Then they moved my thread to "not a bug-report" so I assume they aren't gonna do anything about it
