SCH looking for LS/raid group

I have just recently returned from not being able to play for a while, but I have already beaten coils up to and including 4, Cyrcus Tower and currently trying to do EX primals.
Sadly, every time I go to do the hard (and fun) things like Coil 5 and primals, I always end up in a PUG that has no voice chat, coordination and knowledge of mechanics.
I am a fast learner so it makes me sad seeing people constantly get hit by divebombs even when told to look out for a green orb and then run in one direction.
I am just looking for a group/LS that has voice chat for fast communication, and who are running said endgame raids. Once mechanics are explained to me I catch on pretty fast, so I am just looking for a good friendly teammates who learn just as fast, and who I can improve with.
